Yvonne has over twenty years experience in massage and nearly fifteen years of acupuncture. Her philosophy is to combine Eastern and Western disciplines to help people better understand how their bodies work. She always considers people on a holistic level, looking at the relationship between their mind and body and helps people to understand the steps they can take to improve their own wellbeing in a balanced and realistic way. This helps them to make more informed lifestyle choices.
She has helped people to recover from injuries (occupational or sports-related); to better cope with stress and anxiety; to improve their prospects for starting a family; and to help maintain vitality and age gracefully.
Outside work, Yvonne enjoys yoga, meditation and the outdoors.
