With over 16 years both in the NHS and private practice, Andrea has a wealth of experience in treating a wide range of issues that can affect everyone.
In Andrea’s own words:
“Beginning counselling can feel overwhelming , so my aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can feel secure, supported and understood. During our work together, we will explore and process the difficulties you are experiencing. We are all affected by life’s journey and often have deep-rooted, painful issues that can prevent us from reaching our potential and establishing and maintaining healthy relationships. I work with clients presenting with a broad range of issues including bereavement, trauma, abuse, trauma, self-esteem, depression, relationships, stress, bereavement, health-related problems and work issues.
I can support you to live a more fulfilling and congruent life. I offer an empathic and confidential space for you to work through your issues without judgement. We can work together to clarify your thoughts and prioritise your needs. This process enables you to reflect and challenge negative thoughts, helping you to live your life in a more positive way.
Each client is unique and individual with different experiences and I tailor each session to your personal needs. Counselling can help bring clarity & change to your situation. The work that we do together will allow you the time and space to understand yourself better on a journey towards acceptance, change & growth.”
