Graduate Reflexology
Amy qualified in September 2022 as a level 5 Clinical Reflexologist – the highest level of training available in the UK.
This included advanced studies in NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody (NEPIP), focusing on the nervous and immune systems, as well as fertility, pregnancy and palliative care. She is currently taking further advanced training in Limbic Reflexology, focusing on precision brain reflex areas and techniques, having trained in-person with the pioneer of this specialist treatment, Hamish Edgar.
Amy has a particular interest in supporting those with stress, mental health challenges and chronic pain. Having personally witnessed the benefits of reflexology within a palliative care setting, she is also passionate about providing reflexology for those with a terminal or life limiting diagnosis, as well as their friends and family.
Amy is also a mindfulness teacher. She trained with one of the UK’s leading teaching providers, The Mindfulness Network and is continuing her studies further. She guides mindfulness sessions with charity The Mindfulness Project, and a weekly community drop-in session at The Yoga Mela in South Norwood. For those that practice or have an interest in mindfulness, Amy can incorporate mindfulness and meditation into a reflexology session to bring about a greater sense of calm and grounding.
