Reflexology
What is it?
Reflexology, sometimes referred to as ‘Zone Therapy’, is primarily focussed on stimulating the nerve endings in the feet, but can also be performed on the hands or face. The concept behind it is that the various nerve endings in the feet are connected to different zones of the body and that manipulation of the nerve endings can relieve and stimulate the organs contained within each zone.
